About Blueice Inc.
Blueice Inc., located in Quezon City, was originally set up in 1972 as the most efficient producer of solid carbon dioxide (also known as dry ice). The company was able to expand its operation to the production of wet ice (in the form of tube ice) soon after. Over the years, Blueice Inc. has supported the development of the cold chain industry, specializing on the perishable food and pharmaceutical markets.
In addition to the manufacture of ice and dry ice products, the company distributes reusable ice sheets (as alternative to gel ice packs) and mobile compressor refrigerated containers for less-than-truckload (LTL) cargoes. Otherwise known as “portable cold containers”, these are the alternative to dedicated refrigerated trucks for the transport of chilled, frozen, or deep-frozen delivery loads.
